Driver Update? - driver update for smartdisk ml-dazzle dm-24001

I want to install to my new computer game for my PC (The Sims 2), and apparently the drivers are not updated to play the game - and closed, and the computer. The screen is very grainy (a kind of first Windows version), I was able to install the game on my laptop, but the game moves very slowly. I have Windows XP on both computers. How do I update the driver to solve my problem? Your help is greatly appreciated.
