I personally prefers using tea tree oil, because it is well known for its drawing properties, meaning that they are infected (the button). I use it regularly on my acne because it reduces the redness within hours of its publication, and it works perfectly on my keys to remove them. It is very safe and not at all bad .. There are some good lotions on the market. You can try one with retinol in it. I like Neutrogena's Republic of China, and both have a retinol lotion and SPF.
A cleaning at least once a week. You can mix baking soda with water or a thicket of Olay Microderm is great too. There are some lotions supplies of natural vitamins. I love the natural organic products from Derma E. Jason and good luck, I'm sure you will find you like.
